What is S.A.L.T.?
S.A.L.T. (School to Adult Life Transition) is a free forum where families and school-age students (ages 14-22) with developmental disabilities come together to learn about services and opportunities offered to individuals as they transition from high school to adult life.
There are many activities coming up this fall in the S.A.L.T. series.
